Nicole is the worst ever! I lived at Shalimar for around a year and it was a year too long. Nicole is cold and mean. I knew it while I was living there and I had to contact her boss then a couple of times because she did not even answer my emails. After I left Shalimar, I was told to leave my address for them to forward or let you know if you received any mail. I know that I did receive mail but I did not receive any calls.
