I bought a groupon and called for an appointment was told that weekends did not apply but they did not include that in the fine print. I read the fine print to them and the girl told me it's on there.... but it is not. I wish I could post pictures. Goes to show why you needed a groupon to attract people in the first place

The misunderstanding is in that you informed us it was a Groupon, as you also mentioned in this thread. Our Groupon policy excludes weekends. However, you now state it's a Living Social voucher, which doesn't have weekend restrictions. We can only communicate facts to you based on information you provide. This is the worst spa ever we made an appointment for 8 o'clock nobody showed up until 9:30 the hot Stones was too hot had to go to the hospital with a second degree burn I do not recommend this spot to anyone
I emailed for a booking as I don't live in the country, and will just be visiting. After 2 emails and 6 days I got a reply. I replied back to this, I have since sent another 4 emails which have gone unanswered... it's now over 4 weeks since I sent the first email requesting a booking... Why have an email address displayed on your website if you aren't going to use it?

We were supposed to have a couples massage and we were put in separate rooms. My therapist was good. Fiancé's was not thrilled with his. When I go back to South Beach, my choice would not be Shala Spa.

Kerri, we're sorry that you were disappointed with your experience at Shala. Unfortunately, we do not offer a Couple's Massage as we do not have a Couple's room where we can accommodate this. That is why you won't see that on our treatment menu or any of our advertising, and we are very clear on that. I show that your last visit was for a massage for yourself only. If you would provide us with your fiance's name, I would be happy to reach out to him. Again, my apologies for any confusion.
