Don’t let those words, “pet friendly,” fool you. I didn’t even finish the application process here. Not only are their restrictions completely unreasonable regarding what dogs you can actually have, you are also required to pay $500 up front in addition to your security deposit. That’s if you ever move in after paying excessive non-refundable application fees just to be placed on their waitlist. We will look into other communities where the management practices aren’t so predatory.

Great place to live! I'd definitely recommend shaker square :-).
I moved here the first of May, I wanted to be near family. Shaker Square, is by far the BEST apartment complex in the area!! Where I live, it's super quite. The maintenance crew is so awesome, there at your door, before you know it. I love the ladies in the office, always ready to answer questions and they always have a smile on there face. LOVE my home, I'll never move!!
I LOVE it here! The maintenance staff is beyond amazing! You barely have time to hang up the phone or hit send and they are already at the door! Everyone is incredibly nice I honestly cant believe how quick they fix any issues you may have! They also take time out of the busy schedules and will even talk to my little ones as they are full of questions!!!! I am sooo grateful for them!!!
