I am sorry I have to update my review after the complete lack of responsiveness from Kyle or Jessica following an end of lease issue. In short, delivery of the new leased vehicle was delayed a few days and the autopay went through on the previous lease. Basically paid twice for the month of August ($700 + $500!). We are October 1st and no one is taking my calls or calling back.
This was my first time going to look at cars, and honestly I didn't think I was gonna get a vehicle, especially a new one. I was helped by Gio Miecznikowski, Gio made everything so easy and explained everything to me in great detail! I wasn't sure what to sure or ask however he answered every question I could ever ask. The car that was given to me made me so happy and excited as I'm able to find more employments and give myself a better life and help my family!
