Always a great place to see a movie. I have always loved Shaker Square.
The people are always polite and friendly. Service is great
I was there 4/29 for the 4:55 showing of The Boss Baby. The lady behind concession had NO personality what so ever! Not even a hint of a smile. I felt rushed and I felt she was bothered by my questions. Once my money was collected, there was no THANK YOU, she immediately moved to the side to address the people behind me, as to say "get your stuff and go". I have worked in one form or another in customer service all my life, so I always take special note. It can definitely make or break a business.
Great service as usual! Took kids to see The Boss Baby after-school. Unfortunately, someone had a medical emergency during the end of the movie. Praying that all is well for the young lady and her children. Just realized, I never got my nachos ���. Kids like "yeah, ma, we were wondering?" SMH! They could've mentioned while we were still there. Oh well.
Great customer service, popcorn, and Power Rangers all made it an awesome Saturday

Just called to ask about what the day looked like and if I should buy tickets early and was lectured by the very rude attendant. First she made me repeat my question a few times even though I was speaking slowly and clearly, and when she got the gist of my question she acted like I was an idiot. Her "have a good day" was also rife with sarcasm. Honestly, if you can't be courteous on the phone how do you expect people to want to support your business?
