I was there on Saturday to see Daddy's Home 2..after noticing a rodent trap behind my seat..I tried to find a different seat which wasn't that easy because a lot of the seats were broken ..may need some renovations

Took my 6 year old here for a birthday movie saw Lego Ninjago. Staff were very nice and friendly. Perfect place to catch a movie especially if it's been out for a bit

It's very old-fashioned and needs to be updated the restrooms are too far away from the theaters... I only went there because someone I know personally done a film fest and their documentary was showing their other than that I wouldn't have never been at this theater at all not my choice the seats need to recline and need to be more modernize it was not comfortable... nowhere to park you have to pay at a meter then you will have to leave the theater come back out because they only give you so much time on a meter it was dark... read more

In the future, if you visit any shoppe at Shaker Square, they and we will be happy to call security to escort you to your car. In addition there is a good amount of complimentary parking located behind our theatres as well as behind CVS & behind Edwins. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope this information helps.
Convenient location but it does need restrooms on each floor as well as updated seats and lower concession stand prices.

I love it because it's close to home, clean, quiet and the staff are always polite. I don't like the outrages prices at the food station. And it's a bit too cold in the theatre, turn the air conditioning down a little.

First I been going there since I was 7yrsold. The Wiz was the FIRST MOVIE I seen. Me n my daughter 9yrs old come there once week. We caught the last show at 9:42 We brought a refill pop n pop corn I ask Glenn what do he recommend. 12.n some change now we just paid 18 to get in. No problem. My daughter goes to get a refill n they say it's CLOSE. Why would u recommend something ur not honor. I told the manager, he say I give u some gift pass.
