We closed on our new Fischer Homes house less than a year ago, and it has been nothing but problems since we moved in. The craftsmanship is poor, with multiple plumbing leaks and other defects that should never happen in a brand-new build. The worst part is the complete lack of urgency or care from their customer service and warranty team. When our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year, we called the emergency line. Not even some of, but the absolute worst craftsmanship Ive ever seen in new construction, or any construction for that matter. Crazy expensive homes that might just blow over at the first real gust of wind.
I bough the home then the same home got sold second time no one told me anything. I go there I saw same one was cleaning when I call them they said your application was canceled. I know the person who brought it pay more money that is why they play with people and there time is not important to them. This was my experience very very bad experience I will never see them in my life also told my friend too.
