Pool is nice, but can get overcrowded, if someone has the clubhouse rented there has been issues where the said person thinks the pool is rented for them as well. The hallways smell like cigarettes and weed. We literally have plug ins in the wall outside the door. Rent is insanely increased every year, no upgrades at all.
