I probably would not buy from here again. They sold me a SUV with no Air conditioning in February. They could have mentioned it but they did not want to lower their price. My check engine light was on after a month of purchasing. Also needed a brake repair about a month later that costed 4k. After all this is left a bad taste of bad business. I'm really disappointed with my experience with this dealership. I wanted to trade in my car for a car that I honestly loved online. I called, made arrangements to test drive it and was kinda excited about buying. I got in the car and noticed the miles on it were not the same as advertised and was later told that one of the salesperson's son drives the car around. They will use your personal information to make paper plates for vehicles you don't even drive/haven't bought. I looked at a Honda from Mr Shaker. He did me a favor letting me look at the vehicle from his home in Garland rather than driving all the way out to Wylie, the salesman wanted to get paperwork ready in case I bought it that day in February, which I thought was strange but so far everything about Texas has been strange and backwards, so I thought okay sure, he gave me all the assurances I would love the car so I went... read more
