There are not enough positive words in the English dictionary to describe the five star service i received from Shaker Auto. Once I found the car on their lot that I wanted, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the car and that I was satisfied with it. I made numerous text, emails, and phone call to the dealership, and each time I was answered with respect and kindness. I probably would not buy from here again. They sold me a SUV with no Air conditioning in February. They could have mentioned it but they did not want to lower their price. My check engine light was on after a month of purchasing. Also needed a brake repair about a month later that costed 4k. After all this is left a bad taste of bad business. I'm really disappointed with my experience with this dealership. I wanted to trade in my car for a car that I honestly loved online. I called, made arrangements to test drive it and was kinda excited about buying. I got in the car and noticed the miles on it were not the same as advertised and was later told that one of the salesperson's son drives the car around.
