I got a acai bowl and they purposely gave me the wrong one and made it sludged after having me wait to pay for 10minutes
I’m writing this as someone who NEVER leaves a review on a place but every time i’ve been to shake smart i have had a terrible experience. The staff aren’t very friendly and they are very slow with getting your order. I waited 20 minutes for a bowl when it wasn’t even that busy and two girls before me had ordered and already received their food before me. Tasty shaked, terribly terribly slow service...
Never been in a place before where the kiosk ordering system makes things LESS efficient. You would think the idea in a food court setting would be so you could order then walk away and come back. Instead it REQUIRES that you order at the kiosk - requiring input of a phone number - then still pay at the register, seemingly before they will make your drink. This already defeats the point, but they were also very busy and instead of one person exclusively working the register, they would take 1-2 people for payment, then help ... read more
