Overpriced, understaffed, workers act like doing their job is an inconvenience. Most importantly, I once saw a worker not wash their hand after using the bathroom.
Most of the time when I get shakes here they're really good. Today, however, I spent $9 on a smoothie because I'm lactose intolerant so I needed to sub plant protein and almond milk, and the smoothie literally tastes like straight pea protein and ice. It's supposed to be chocolate-covered strawberry which I get everytime, and the store was out of açaí so I subbed extra strawberries, and I literally taste nothing but protein.
