food was not fresh made us sick the next day not sure what that was that we ate but it was not beef three people $40 not impressed the parking is horrible seating is even worse terrible music playing and the place was freezing with all of the doors open the young waitress was rude yeah no thank you
Food was delicious, little spendy and parking is tough but worth the try.
RecommendedAmazing selection of Shakes and seriously juicy burgers, with flavor! They’ve got a secret sauce that is worth the taste! Onion rings are just average.

I am FURIOUS. I just got my to go order home from SSS- and for the THIRD time in a row my to go order is wrong. We actually paid tonight with a coupon given to us by SSS because of the absolutely horrendous service and screw up of our order from our last experience. That makes our last four experiences with this place absolutely horrible and it's now official- we will never return to Shake Shake Shake. You can't fix a mistake with a coupon and then royally screw it up when the coupon is used. I really want to love this place... read more
