If I order a napkin pack with my $20 hamburger 🍔 to go order, I would expect it to be in the bag? No napkins or utensils! Well next time I guess I better check to make sure everything‘s there before I walk away.
Food was ok. Burger was pretty greasy. In-n-out isn’t like that. Spicy fries weren’t spicy - they just tasted like paprika - and they cost more than the regular fries. You got less fries than the regular too. The seating area wasn’t very clean either. I don’t get the hype. Especially since they’re FAR more expensive than in-n-out. $25/person is outrageous considering I can nearly the same thing for $15 elsewhere… in-n-out… clearly I’m biased by a different burger place.
Go for the food. Service ans atmosphere are just too busy. But the food is great. Tried the new pork sando. Was like a classy McRib and has no business being on a fast food menu as it is that good.
