Stopped year the second year during my time in DC, for me, the best fast food spot around. Quality is good, food really tasty and a good variety of vegetarian option (other chains really should start offering them as well, big plus for Shake Shack!). Unfortunately the store was always dirty, especially the tables. No table numbers and they call the orders out really quietly, if you dont hear it, well to bad. I get they can get busy before a concert but we waited an hr and saw folks ahead of us get thier food. Missed part of the show cause of this. Also our Milkshake came out warm and melted.
Slowest service ever! Workers spent more time chatting and on their phones. We waited for over 30 mins for food that is considered a fast food restaurant and it wasn't even hot.
I gave it a 3 because my fries were cold. Thank you to Christina who I give a 10 out of 10 stars for her amazing customer service!! She jumped in and quickly resolved the situation.
