Cashiers were rude (as usual) when trying to get food/ketchup. It’s not cool. This location has a reputation for that nonsense. Food was also cold. It was my mother’s first trip here and it was embarrassing. When I needed to grab ketchup (the ketchup was out), the guy seemed like it was the hardest task ever set for him. Get it together. It’s such a poor location.
There was pubes in the ketchup dispenser and my fries it was the worst experience.
Great spot for family and friends. Beautiful views.
I had the worst fast food experience of my life at this Shake Shack. To start with, orders are all entered at the self-order kiosk. Only one of three were operating. There is not a menu on the wall, so each customer has to page through all the kiosk screens to see the offerings. From the time I entered to the time I arrived at the screen took 14 minutes.
