Food was cold fries especially, burger was hot. For a $50 meal for two people. I would’ve spent my money somewhere else. Our first time trying it and we won’t be back
Food was cold (except the fries), drinks were melted. We placed our order on the app at 1pm. Estimated time was 1:08 for it to be ready. Just left at 1:41 with our food. The shakes and drinks were prepped at the start so everything was melted by the time the food was ready and they refused to remake. There was a mentally unwell person harassing the workers as well as the customers and the manager never intervened which made it an uncomfortable environment.
