A scale of one to 10 I give a 10 out of 10 & The service here is wonderful. The food is fantastic even though this is not the first time eating at Shake . However, this is the very first time eating Shake shack in downtown Jersey City. I will come back again either by myself or with somebody else.
The workers are always kind and patient, but the wait is always long.
Staff was cool and burger was ok but I waited 12+ mins due to overworked staff backed up on a late Friday afternoon. Literally 3-4 crew worked non stop without complaint when there should be double that. And pick up area was confusing- couldn't tell your order was ready with the shelf seemingly being for food delivery guys only. Lousy store owner allows this.
