Great experience. Went out of their way to ensure no crosscontamination with gluten.
Marcus was extremely helpful and friendly! I went there and he gave me my order promptly and was very kind when I asked for extra sauces. Good service!
I usually really like shake shack. But wow does this location make me want to change my opinion. I ordered a big shack today and was given the wrong order ( they gave me a standard double patty burger instead) which prompted me to return to the restaurant to get the right burger after having to walk back and forth. Ordered a milk shake and fries. When one of the workers, Daquan, brought it to us when beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. Excellent service when this man's around. Especially in a busy place like Grove you wouldn't expect such good service. Appreciate you Daquan.
