The cheeseburgers I ordered were dry and overcooked. There was a minimal amount of shack sauce on them. I didn’t get the 2 sides of shack sauce I requested. On the plus side the lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion were fresh. I had to add mayo and ketchup to make it edible. The strawberry shake was delicious. I placed the order thru Grubhub. It was delivered early so it’s not the case that the burgers dried out waiting to be delivered. The order was placed at 11:22am and delivered at 11:41am.

I waited over an hour for a 3 person order with my 7 year old child after getting off the road from Pittsburgh which was a 3.5 hour drive. After waiting an hour there was no resolution offer or any offer to make the experience better or to satisfy the customer. We only received apologies.
