I had an amazing experience today! To be honest, I hadn't been to Shake Shack in five years after a really disappointing visit at the long beach location, so I was hesitant when my husband suggested giving this location a shot. I’m so glad he insisted. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Good food
Immaculate taste and service presented to me while I patiently waited for my meal to be served. I spent this afternoon with my sister, nieces and mother and had my food. It was a bacon, cheese, avocado burger with onion rings. I enjoyed it, through and through. I’ll become a regular customer, if only it was closer. With that being said, I’ll recommend this spot.
lady working 9pm shift tonight in drive thru treated us poorly, we kindly asked to change our order at the window and she proceeded to respond “what do you want”, she continued to practically shove our items to us
