Very disappointed it took 28 min until our order got ready during Monday on not busy day the burger meat was raw like red not cooked , fries with Che cheese was dry without any cheese on it and cold , would not recommend this place for paying over 120$ for family of 4 we could just went Cheesecake factory.
Don't bother doing a take out order. Took almost an hour after we ordered. The walk up window is silly. Staff seemed overwhelmed. They don't call out orders when ready. After repeatedly asking we learned our food was sitting on a counter. Cold by the time we ate it.
It was really good and a nice place here in Bellevue.
Wanted to have some quick food before heading to the airport. Went to the self serve tills to order food and surprise surprise, you cannot pay unless you enter your American phone number...which I don't have. So I had to leave. Whoever had the brilliant idea to make the phone number mandatory should be fired.
This was my first and last visit to this location. Starting with the good. I had their BBQ boneless baby back rib sandwich and fries. The sandwich tasted good. It was meaty and the BBQ sauce was sweet and flavorful. The fries were well made with the outside crispy while soft and moist inside. Unfortunately the good ends here.
