Chicken sandwich was pretty good, but the chicken bites have turned into absolute garbage. Looked it up online and apparently the company changed to precooked frozen ones. Which makes sense, because these basically are the bland, mediocre chicken nuggets you get in the freezer aisle, yet charged the same price as the incredible hand-breaded and marinated ones that Shake Shack used to have. Good place to quick grab and go
We ordered a couple burgers and a drink and it took more than 20 minutes for the order to come. We have come here before over the months, and this has continued. There definitely needs to be a change in speed that food gets prepared.
