After I ordered, the cashier asked if I was ok with a 15 minute wait, which I was. I proceeded to wait for 40 minutes before seeing all of the other patrons clear and I asked if they were still making my order. No one knew what happened to it and it took several workers to realize I was still standing there waiting after another 5-10 minutes. I got no apology or sense of urgency from any of the workers. If you’re in a hurry, I would not come here.
Food came quickly. It was good, came as ordered, except the lettuce on my burger was soggy and tasted like paper, and the patties were hanging off halfway. The lady taking our order looked like she would rather be anywhere but there. Price is better than most other fast food places in an airport . Don’t really know what else to expect with airport food.
Alice was amazing, asked how our food was, if we need anything. Only complaint is I asked for some mustard and waited for 5 minutes for them to fill it.
Shackburger was delicious! Fries a little too salty for me , overall every thing was amazing thanks to Alice and her team. Burger,fries and shake for 25$
