Service is extremely bad. I don’t know tap water gonna be charge. No forks no napkins.
Burnt food.
This is our 1st time eating at Shake Shack. The food was delicious & the service was pretty good. My only complaint is that it's expensive. $100 for a family of 4 seems ridiculous but it is in the airport.
Ran to get there before they closed, made it in time and they had already cleaned up. They don’t close at 10. Don’t waste your time
