We had a great experience at Shake Shack! I ordered the double hamburger and really liked that you can customize it with whatever toppings you want. The burgers were delicious, juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. My wife had the single burger with onion rings and really enjoyed hers too. The ShackSauce was especially good. Was excited to eat a burger and saw the ad for the Big Shack. Honestly, the normal size burger is so much better. I’d rather eat 2 normal size than this one. I’m not sure if it should’ve looked like this though. I mean look at all that onion! I love shake shack, but this visit was a little off.
I had a promo for spend $15 get a free fry. I applied the code but it didn’t reflect on my receipt after I paid. When I mentioned it to the front they seemed very confused and irritated with me asking them about the promo. Someone that may have been the manager told her to just throw the fry in there and she seemed very bothered as she walked outside tying up her head scarf. I will not be spending my money here anymore the vibes are very low vibrations.
I always have a great experience whenever I come here, especially when Mikayla is working. She is an exceptional manager who truly goes above and beyond for her customers. She makes sure her staff is providing excellent service and that every customer feels welcomed and taken care of.
