Hello all, I paused my day to write this review. I wanted to share my overall pleasant experience I had over the holiday weekend (Labor Day). In the DMV area, many of us tend to be super busy, therefore, spending time with family and friends needs to be scheduled. I have a friend who lives in VA, while I live in MD. We needed to catch up. Der Kette Shake Shack geben wir ganz klar eine Empfehlung. Überall sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Essen. Sehr gute Auswahl, Bestellungen laufen über tablets vor Ort.
Consistently terrible service. I’ve been here at least 20 times, and the service is inattentive and rude every single time. It’s like the employees don’t want people to buy food from them. Every single time, it takes them several minutes to even acknowledge customers despite having multiple employees and several of them seeing the line. The only reason I keep coming back is the convenient location and because the food is usually fine.
