Do not order from this location using uber. I ordered a veggie burger because I am celebrating Lent as a part of Easter as a Christian. I also ordered cheese fries and a vanilla frozen custard on the side with my order. Upon arrival, I noticed the fries were regular fries in the box and not cheese fries. I was so hungry that I only realized I was eating the beef patty a quarter way through the burger. And the vanilla frozen Custard was completely melted upon delivery.
The young lady who gave me my food was rude, but food is fantastic 👌
Just horrible. I can't wait till robots replace incompetent employees. Sounds harsh, but imagine waiting like 30-40 minutes for food, breaking open a **sealed** bag upon delivery and realizing you didn't include your shake. A DRINK HOLDER INSIDE of the bag with a lemonade inside but no shake. Just an empty slot. Also you can't even get in contact with the manager, intentionally. Hands down, this is the best burger in D.C. It's large, juicy and super flavorful.
Terrible experience at Shake Shack. I waited 1 hour and 22 minutes for my order and eventually had to ask for a refund. The manager had a bad attitude, asked me to read my order even though he had the order number, and instead of refunding my $27.47 to my credit card, he threw $30 cash at me and said, “this is for taking money from my shop.” The place was messy and filthy, and the kitchen looked disgusting.
