My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Shainell. She was incredibly knowledgable and informative, had a good understanding of what we were looking for, and was quick to respond throughout the entire process. Being that we were first time home buyers, we wanted to feel well taken care of throughout the process, and she most certainly went above and beyond for us the entire time we were working together.
