Top quality treatment
I first went to Dr. Shain several years ago. I had another dentist that had treated me poorly about my lack of prior dental care and I was really nervous about seeing her. She and her whole staff treated me with respect and compassion. I have been a loyal patient ever since and have always had the same standard of care. I recommend her to everyone I know.
Dr. Shain's work is extremely painful. Price quoted in beginning was far lower than actual cost. Her administration of numbing shots are painful and she is usually not successful in completely numbing the first time, when my previous dentist was able to inject without me feeling it and never had to administer subsequent injections. Further, the last crown I received was seated without any numbing at all and was excruciatingly painful. I was given little warning and no choice on the matter.

Absolutely wonderful dentist. Staff is very courteous. On time and very helpful. Answers any questions you may have about your teeth and makes you feel like you are important.
I moved to Murfreesboro approximately three years ago; and I was unsure of where to look for a Dentist. After being here for approximately a year, a co-worker suggested Dr. Shain. I went to see her and I was very happy with her and her staff's service. You don't feel like just another number, but a person for who they are truly concerned about your dental health.
This is The # 1 Dentist for Middle TN.On time, courteous, and professional.
Dr. Shain is an excellent dentist. Our insurance would not pay for a pediatric dentist in town and many dentist would not accept such a young patient. Dr. Shain was excellent with our daughter and so was her staff. I can not say enough about this dentist!
