Dr. Gunnala spent 90 minutes with me on my first visit reviewing my present complaints and requesting records from my other doctors. She listens carefully and explains everything clearly and repeats important instructions. She is the best doctor I have every seen within this field of practice. The office staff is the most efficient I have ever had with follow up phone calls and texts.
Doctor Gunnala and her entire staff happens to be the most complete medical professionals I have ever met working together in the same office space. Her care, professional mannerism for each and every patient new or regular cannot be equal by any other. Ever since I met this Doctor, Physician, Lady 2 and a half years ago, a new professional doctor patient relationship was born. Doctor Shailaja Gunnala is not a knowledgeable doctor, not at all! Also, she doesn't listen to her patients, answer your questions, or care about her patients. The worst PCP I have ever met

very-2 bad. I scheduled the appointment to get a free yearly checkup. I scheduled the appointment over phone. When I went there and filled the forms as requested and she said this visit is to get u established with the DR not for a yearly appointment. so I took the day off to say hello to a DR and not get a physical. Now i see a bill of $180 on my inssurance just to say hi to doctor, that doesn't seem right and now I have to get another paid day off to actually get yearly physical but since i ha
I met Dr.Gunnala last month , she is taking care her patient nicely.
I have been to this office three times, I was very thorough and clear what I wanted to get done. The doctor refused to refill much needed meds when asked to do so. The staff make numerous errors on referrals and getting them done in a timely manner. The doctor humiliated me in front of her staff and patients in the lobby. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR ON HER PART
I had to repeat everything to them 3 times for my first appointment. Once on the paperwork, second to the MA who took my blood pressure, and third to Dr. Gunnala herself. when they gave me a flu shot, they did it too low in my deltoid, hitting a nerve. That can cause paralysis. Lucky for me it only caused a considerable amount of pain for 2 days. Their staff is slow and ignores you when you walk up to the desk for help. Dr. Gunnala is nice, but I'll be finding a different PCP.
When I scheduled the appointment they didn't ask me what I was being seen for. Well I wanted to get a yearly checkup.
