I went to the salon a total of 3 times because my nails peeled off twice in less than 24 hours. Shai was very responsive and apologetic about her techs work which I greatly appreciate. However due to me having to get my nails drilled a total of 3 times one of my nails broke today (5 days after initial appointment) and I refuse to return to the salon for a 4th time. Prices are good, $50 for a full set but the work is questionable clearly. I wouldn’t waste my time, saving an extra $30 is NOT worth your sanity.
Not too bad of an experience here . This is my second time coming to the shop and it’s for my refill . Only thing I would say is that there will be a wait but once you are in a chair the service goes by quick !!
first off as soon as I walked in I wasn’t greated everyone just stared at me in silence AWKWARD for the first couple minutes I was ignored the girl who spoke up about what I wanted to get done then proceeded to tell me I would have to be waiting a while I got there around like 11:20 AM there was 3 ladies there “working” and two of them doing nails the other girl who asked me what I was getting was doing absolutely nothing just on her phone! I found this place because of a tiktok video and I’m speechless! The experience was amazing! My nails/toes are beautiful. Krystal was amazing, lowkey making her my new nail tech! I can’t wait to become a regular!
Would not recommend. I booked a 430pm apt for the french deal for $50 but was told that because the apt would finish after 5pm that I would be charged full price. No where on the booking site does it mention that apts booked before 5 but finishes after 5 would be charged full price. It only takes deal ends at 5. I would assume that if you are booking an apt before 5 it would be honored. But it wasn't. I drove over an hr away when had I known that I'd have just booked at my local salon.
