DO NOT GO HERE! There are much better affordable place in Houston. First customer service is trash. I was a few minutes late for my appointment and she charged an extra $20. I also showed her what I wanted and she said ok, once she started to cut the nail and asked me how long I wanted, I told her then she said it was too short for her to do. So she removed and then charged me an extra $5 for removing 1 nail. Also she only takes cash and doesn’t state that anywhere before the appointment so you are forced to use her fraudule... read more
I really enjoy my nails. I go to Renee and my nails last over 4 weeks. She is so sweet and you can tell she loves what she does. Very attentive. Im moving to Dallas, but I wish I can take her with me. Even while waiting for my appointment, I would see her greet everyone that came in. Go to her if you ever get your nails done here. You can either request her if you walk in or call and book an appointment but it is a $10/$20 deposit that goes towards your appointment and you have to pay it with cash in person, but it is so wor... read more
Owner Shai has horrible customer service and communication. When I tried to tell the nail tech how I prefer my nails, she said I was “nitpicking” and wouldn’t let them do their job. That’s not nitpicking—that’s being a paying customer who knows what they want. Needless to say, as a customer your preference has no place here. I was also told I “took 2 hours of their time” for a soak-off and full set, which is ridiculous. Instead of addressing the fact that their nail tech was moving slow, the owner chose to blame me.
