I will never go to this place again. I went to get a fill and a pedicure around 5p and the shop owner or manager quoted me $225!!!! When I questioned the price as to why it was so much for what I’m getting, the owner or manager tried to tell me because I have curved nails, the tech will have to “rebalance” my nails and she won’t get started on my nails until 7p and then they stack an after-hours fee on top since it’ll be past 6:30. I would give a 0 stars if I could. HORRIBLE costumer service and the owner is just money hungry. Owner very rude.

Bad customer service.. wouldn’t even unlock the door
The first time I went last month, my experience was okay. Customer service was not bad at all, I booked online for the $50 frenchie deal. Upon sitting, I was immediately informed I was going to be charged $10 extra because my bare nails had a single coat of regular clear polish on it which had to be removed. Buffing and drilling nails, pushing back cuticles & etc is part of basic nail prep...drilling was going to be standard anyway so im unsure how a single coat of clear polish was such a roadblock to be upcharged...anywho, ... read more
