This review is not of the doctor himself. He may be a great doctor, but you'll never know. The number to schedule an appointment just rings for a while and disconnects. I have tried 17 times in the last three hours. I have also just tried calling Cedars directory to see if they would connect me to the office. Same thing. Such a disappointment.
