BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. I went to this shop based on positive reviews. I called ahead of time to check that they were open and mentioned that I had transmission issues, confirmed from plugging in my own OBD-II scanner and getting a code. I drove over, mentioned that I had called about transmission issues, and pulled in. Without asking me any questions, the mechanic plugged in their scanner, read the code, and Googled it on his phone while sitting in the driver's seat. Took my BMW in for what should have been a simple service, and I regret it completely. First off, the staff seemed unfamiliar with BMW-specific diagnostics, even though they claim to specialize in German cars. I waited way longer than expected, only to get the car back with warning lights still on. They either guessed the issue or didn’t fix it properly, because two days later the same problem came back. Avoid - not sure they qualified. Went for simple oil change. Since then all alarms have been going off on car. At one point mechanic called someone else on phone to check what to do. No receipt given or anything. - wanted cash payment. There are better options.
