Very disappointed with this insurance company. They did not follow the sample/instructions I provided, and on top of that they charged my card without properly confirming with me first. This caused unnecessary stress and delay for my business. Customer service and communication need major improvement. I expected much better professionalism.

I talked with a woman who's name I think I remember it was Kate I was speaking with her regarding an email and I was trying to give her another email when while I was trying to spell it for her she started yelling at me just because she couldn't understand me well, I admit I have kind of an accent but if she asked nicely instead of acting rude I would have been happy to say it slowly for her I also can't help but think maybe she had racist or xenophobic motivates to act like that.

My employer has been with this company for years. Every time they would need an umbrella or an increase of liability insurance throughout the years it was a hassle for them. The previous girl before me said she had to call every day twice a day for the Texas case manager to pick up and even though she would leave messages the case manager left her hanging for weeks. Erica, whom I spoke to, was completely professional and efficient. Got all I needed quickly and kindly. However, the yearly price was quite a bit more than I was informed by other vendors at Farmers Mkt.
