She is excellent!!! She is detailed, “shape and color” and “health of the hair “ sensitive. She is extremely patient and a well educated conversationalist. She seems to have some Sassoon training because she is cognizant of the physics of cutting and styling hair “just so” for a desired and seemingly effortless effect. In my case I barely have to even comb my hair and then I am out and running . I have a sort of bob. She has cared for my hair for years and I STILL am continually complimented on it.
