Sr. Bagheri has been awesome! She has great bedside manner. She listens to her patients. I highly recommended her.
Not a bad doctor, but they consistently do not pick up the phone. And when they do, they like to hang up immediately. I really don’t think it’s ok for a medical office to do- especially when people are likely calling with health concerns. Unfortunate that people in the office do not have sympathy for people with chronic health conditions
I had a referral to see Dr. Bagheri today and the office sent me an email w a questionnaire and I completed the information including all the medication I am taking and it was useless completing and answering the information. When the nurse. went over my Meds the information I answered was not even updated in their system, so if you complete the papers online make sure they’ve a printout of your file and have them call the office for your blood check if they claimed they can’t find them in the system. Horrible bed side manor and zero empathy. I would never go back to him. Had to get a second referral for a different doctor.
One of the best rheumatologists I have seen in my 30 plus years of dealing with arthritis, and believe me, I have seen too many! Very straight forward and no nonsense, but at the same time, extremely caring and responsive. I wish I had met him earlier.
