I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at this salon. We came in for my mom’s hair appointment, which was scheduled for 4:30 PM, but we didn’t leave until 9 PM. Other customers were being finished before us, and after waiting that long, we expected much better results. My mom wanted to get her roots touched up. She already had highlights, so we expected the colour to blend properly with her existing hair. However, the results were extremely disappointing. had such a great experience at this salon! I had very long hair and was nervous about cutting it short, but he did an amazing job. He listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me exactly the soft layered bob I was hoping for. The haircut turned out even better than I expected, and I’m so happy with the result! Shahe is truly fantastic! Takes time on your hair. Got a hair cut with long layers and everyone complimented me. Great at coloring too! Very professional.
