Dr Rina Shaw has been, my primary Dr for 10 yrs. Absolutely love her she is caring and professional. Most important she listens to my concerns
I am surprised to see so many rave reviews for Dr. Shah. After receiving Covid vaccinations in March of 2021 I had several reactions. One was severe rashes that broke out from the top of my head to my ankles. I still had the rash to a lesser degree when I saw Dr. Shah a few months later for an annual physical. I told her about the area on my scalp that was particularly irritating. She did not even touch my head, but said from where she stood, “I don’t see anything.” Stunned, I said nothing. Accessibility to one’s Primary Care Physician in this office is zero to very limited. When you call at 8:00 a.m. to get an appointment with your PCP, none is available that day but more likely one month or more into the future. I did somewhere already. But she’s way better than I anticipated
Great doctor always thinking about patience
I can't speak for the doctor but her receptionist doesn't even know what hospital the doctor is affiliated with! When I rephrased the question and asked, "If one of her patients had to go to the hospital, which hospital would the doctor send the patient to?" The receptionist replied, "I guess the one closest to the patient's home". This did not instill confidence in taking my husband to this doctor. I just said, "Thank you and goodbye".
Great doctor.....explains health issues well
Dr Shah and Stanford Healthcare in Los Gatos has turned into my worse nightmare! This has been going on for years so it has nothing to do with the pandemic. The woman is incompetent, unreachable, uncaring! I'm 86 and this Dr is sending me to an early grave She does not respond to my pharmacies many calls and faxes! Shame on you Dr Shah. The woman is a disgrace to the medical profession!
They told me they were a provider and then they were not. They are billing me a lot of money for what should have been a covered annual checkup. They lied to me.
