Had to seek medical care elsewhere after a colonoscopy. The Department of Veterans Affairs did far better work and had to fix his and his teams botched worked that left me bleeding for 8 months afterwards. Absolutely horrible medical work
I tried for several weeks to get appointment to see specialist was diagnosed with a serious disease of my pancreas and was willing to travel for a doctor that could treat me. My insurance kept me in Indiana. Husband and I searched and found doctor Shah and was glad to know he went to university of Chicago. Finally got appointment was so happy for solution. I am so glad I have a chance to share my wretched, horrific, WORST EVER scheduling experience with Community Gastroenterology. My son, formerly seen by Riley but now transitioning to an adult GI doctor has had the WORST time trying to get an appointment to see a doctor at the North Shadeland office. The phone cue was ridiculous, I was on hold for an hour at a time, and then hung up on repeatedly: would dial back just to experience this again and again.
