He is a great doctor ,is hard for me to like doctors but he is really good, with experience that looks in his knowledge on what he is doing and the way he explains and lisenting great. I am happy for being his patient.
Great man! most people review only when theyre angry, which is why he doesnt have a 5 star rating, but I can tell you he is the best nephrologist around. Any issue that occurs is unrelated to his medical care. And if you let him know what youre unhappy with, I can see him feel your pain, and he makes changes right away with his staff to ensure his patients are happy.
The receptionist was very friendly and overly helpful. The nurse was very professional and thorough. Dr. Shah explained all the procedures and had a very comforting bedside manner.
Wonderful experience! The Dr.Shah spent a lot of time with me and was very very detailed. I could tell he was very knowledgeable as well. Easiest part was their pharmacy had the meds ready for me almost as soon as I was checked out. At first I was worried, but then I realized my copay was the same as everywhere else and I didn't have to make an extra trip! but mostly, the doc was why I'm here. Ive seen both Dr. K and Shah, 10/10, superb service
Shah is s joke....
Dr. Shah was incredibly attentive and kind to my Mother who suffers from Dementia along with the chronic kidney issue. She was having an episode during the appointment, but Dr. Shah and his nurse expertly handled the situation. But most importantly, they conveyed all the medical information, and I honestly believe we are receiving the best treatment. They have ultrasound and labs done which saved us a trip. I cannot express how happy I was at my mother's care
Waited up to two hours to be seen. I never had a doctor come in to the room. I went straight to the reception desk and ask for a refund, the staff didn't even bat an eye. This isn't the first time that I had an extra ordinary wait, but it will be the last time.
