Service was so bad we walked out. Bartender acted like he didn't want to get out drink order and once we sat down we waited over 15 minutes for someone to take our order. For s Sunday night that was not crowded we expected a little more.

Shagwong Restaurant If you want good food and great fun, this is the place to go! Great fish and chips! Always crowded so you need to make reservations or be prepared to wait. The wait is worth your time!
Great Montauk Establishment I have always said that the best place I have ever had fish and chips was at the Shagwong in Montauk. Freshly caught fluke/flounder....sooooo good. If in Montauk, it is well worth a visit.
What a Hangout! During the day it is a perfectly respectable restaurant with a diverse menu offering up very good food. At night the place is jumping, the bar is 4-5 people deep and you will definitely have a wait for a table. Well worth a visit when you are in Montauk.
