On November 29, 2013, I purchased two of the 7” Ematic tablets from Wal-Mart.com as Christmas presents for my children. One of the tablets had a cracked screen. Neither Wal-Mart.com nor my local Wal-Mart store would refund or exchange the item due to the time constraint on their return policy.
