Ok was a little late posting due to work. Was in a few days ago to have some new tires put my M90 and I have to say that these guys were very quick and professional. Most other places wanted to take several hours and to do the work, and atleast a week or so to order the tires. Wasnt sure what tires I wanted to put on the bike but after talking with Dave and Mongo several times i placed the order. The most incompetent service I've ever experienced. Do not, I repeat do not bring your bikes here for service. They are not trustworthy. The owner shaggy just wants the money he does NOT care about you as a customer. I just experienced it first hand. Now on the other hand, Paul in parts and Dave are the only knowledgeable people in that building. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't return.

Did we make it right?
Took my 2001 TL100R in at the beginning of the riding season, to get a oil leak fixed, shocks rebuilt, and steering stabilizer bushings changed out. The engine seal blew out because of improper installation, took it to another shop and they fixed it correctly, shaggys would not refund me what I paid them to fix it. Forks blew out, took back to get a refund, they said they wouldnt, but would make it right. Let them "fix" it, blew out again within another week. Not very happy had seadoo three weeks paid 1182.00 for a new cdi box and for work that wasn't done iv been a automotive mechanic for 25 years I just didn't have time to work on it myself but I can tell when you when work wasn't done

I went to shaggys the first time and had some issues. I waited a few days and then contacted them about it. The owner, sales associates, and parts department were extremely nice when we came back in. We talked things out and got past our issue in an adult manner. I see people with their one star ratings and know that more than likely they were heated and had no desire to get the problem resolved. when it comes to service stay far away with your motorcycle, my chrome pieces were on the floor along with my gas tank where they could get scratched along with nuts and bolts strung out all over the place, and there are some scratches now, i told them to put the bike back together like it was when it was brought in, when they delivered it, i had a box of parts to go with the bike, needless to say Harley Davidson would have never done this to me nor would Indian, thankfully i am a auto tech and could fix it and put it back t... read more

If you fixed it yourself, why did you take it to 5th gear? We are just trying to figure things out and understand why you fixed it and then took it to another shop?
