Timothy Turner in the last week Took my bike in for a clutch job, told them to call me with a quote before they do any work. They. Out of the 5 kawasaki dealerships i contacted, shaggys gave me the best deal on my Z1000. I had already arranged financing but after arriving at the dealership and meeting with shi speaks, some how, some way, this awesome young lady got me a better rate through the same finance company that i was using anyway. She did not have to do the extra work to help me out, yet she did! That is the type of good customer service that is so hard to find anymore. Thank you @shi speaks!
I took my side by side here for a recall part and a service because it's where I bought it but the new management did not honor my service contract. Plus they had it for 6 weeks before they repaired the recall and did not contact me like they said before they serviced it costing me almost 300$. To find out they did not tighten everything or they did not reinstall my windshield properly scratching the paint off. Very unhappy and will not ever be back!!!
Purchased a Kawasaki Teryx4 from Shaggy's. Robert, "Possum," was great to work with and gave me a very fair deal. Possum did not pressure me at all and worked patiently with me, educating me on the product and working to get me the best deal possible. I also met Shawn (aka Shaggy) and many of the others. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I truly liked the family atmosphere in the shop. I will buy from them again.
These people are very rude not sure how they even run a business. I would not even give them 1 star at all!
