I've had my hair colored by Emmanuel a few times now and I have nothing but lovely things to say about him and my time at TS3! The studio has great vibes and everyone working there is super accommodating. Emmanuel is so knowledgeable and it's really evident he cares about all of his clients and their hair health. I will always go to him for my hair!
The worst part isn’t the terrible service, it’s that they made me feel like I was the problem. If I’m paying for a service, the least you can do is listen—and be respectful.
They reused towels between clients and didn’t sanitize anything. In this day and age? Absolutely not.
They charged me $60 for a “blowout” that looked like I did it myself in 5 minutes with a $10 hairdryer. I’ve never felt more ripped off.
I am loyal to Emmanuel! I work on camera and have had to put my hair thru a lot the last 3-4 years. He is so talented and patient and a great communicator! His expertise and care has allowed me to fluctuate between icy blonde, copper red, rich brown, and everything in between while maintaining my hair health.
