Didnât show up on time and changed the price when they havenât even walked through the house to see my carpet and tiles. Yea I owned a big house, but donât mean you can rip me off! You deserve a kick out of the door. ATTENTION EVERYONE! Be scared when you read this, stay as far as you can and call another company!
UNPROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANERS - SCAM When I called to make an appointment, I explained everything that was supposed to be cleaned and the lady who took my information gave me my total $ 189.99 + tax (5 rooms & a stair way), when the cleaning guys came, they estimated the work for $ 400+ and after arguing and negotiating, they agreed on $ 256, I could cancel the appointment but since we all canceled our Sunday schedules we had no choice but to go ahead, they finished cleaning (the whole rooms, stairs) in 30 minutes and I cou... read more
Horrible experience DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!! Mr. Azad quoted me a price for cleaning and appraisal of $120 per rug. I had a 6th rug I needed repaired where the colors were washed out. I explained this to Mr. Azad. He told me tea staining was a technique that would bring back the colors of the rugs and suggested some nice rug padding that would protect my rugs from wear and tear. I agreed. The amount he charged on my credit card was not the amount previously quoted for cleaning and appraisal - $700 plus the extra for pad... read more

Totally a rip off !! BE AWARE Be careful, these are bad people. Seems they have a habit of bullying people and making up lies to cover their aggressive sales tactics. This company tries to give the impression that they are a company owned/franchise operation in different cities whereas in reality they are a telephone/internet operation that uses independent not licensed local individuals/small companies that they parcel jobs out to complete. Very Bad Job This is a place with extremely rude customer service. Most furniture and decor items are said to be new. In fact, they're refurbished and marked as "new". They have a warehouse near the back door where "new" furniture is touched up and retagged as new. The owner (Becky) is also rude and lie to us in several occasions. They're not a member of BBB so if you're get cheated, you might want to beg for your money back. They insisted to accept only cash.
