Charged my insurance more than twice what urgent care does. Waited for over an hour and a half, dr saw my child for 5 minutes (never touched him) and sent us on our way. They then failed to inform me of a balance owed after insurance and sent me a notice that I had ten days to pay or threatened collections. Very unprofessional.
I've been there twice and so far so good..no problems..

Dr. Ayeni is a great Dr. He was my birth Dr. An attended my kids ,for sure im going there next time.
I love shafter pediatrics. I'm so glad they opened thier doors. The doctor and staff are both wonderful. The service is always fast. Which is a plus, because with little ones they hate sitting still for such a long waiting period. I recommend them to all my friends with little ones
