Had a sidewall gouge while traveling from Chicago to Pittsburgh. Ended up getting a full set of tires after the initial confusion of only putting on 2 because they did not want to sell me more than I needed. We were in and out within an hour Thanks Randy and everyone at Shafner’s
RecommendedThank goodness for this place! This is a busy place, I’m guessing it’s because they’re so good! My tire had a screw in it. Fortunately, they were kind enough to take care of it as quickly & efficiently as they possibly could. Very reasonable price. I’m very happy with Shaffner Tire Service!
Affordable and excellent service. I went in because my tire was making my whole car wobble. I'm not an expert so I thought it just needed a balance and alignment. Within five minutes of arriving the mechanic informed me that we needed to reschedule because I needed a new tie rod as well. He took the time to write up a detailed estimate with price of each item and service fee as well as reschedule me then and there himself. I took my Jeep in last week for a flat repair. 2 nails were found in my tire, they had the tire repaired and I was back on the road in no time. Thank you Travis for providing such great customer service. I really appreciate it!
