Sold and installed brand new tires, only for those tires to shred within weeks bc an alignment and another piece needed fixed. Shame!
I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. Guys are friendly and are very knowledgeable. Usually your wait isn't very long.
Came in this morning for tires for both my son's and my car. Very helpful and honest employees. Great service. We were in and out within 45 minutes. Have been coming here since I started driving.
The wait times for help is so ridiculous they'll tell you your next to be helped for hours. Better have an open schedule. it's a shame I love to support local but the big chains win this time for me.

I came in for a tire repair 1 week ago. Paid $25 and was told I had a piece of steel in my tire. Never saw it. I leave and within an hour my tire light comes back on. I live 45 minutes away and couldn't get back until today, a week later. Today, I have another piece of metal in my tire. Charged another $25 to repair same tire. $50 to repair a tire in 1 week. Not the service I remember as a kid. I will not be back.
Awesome service! Very reasonable rates!Had a flat tire today on my Ford Escape. Caleb fixed my tire in no time and checked the rest of my tires. I highly recommend Shaffer Tire! Love supporting a local business!
