As out of town buyers looking for a STR and family vacation home, there’s literally no way we could have done this without Brian. Not only was he knowledgeable about the area, but he was so helpful in checking out homes in advance so we could be more strategic with our limited time there. And so patient as our criteria changed for what we wanted. Even most of our contractors and inspectors came through recommendations from him. Would highly recommend, especially for any out of town buyers!
