He was extremely knowledgeable and really did a lot to help my back and neck pain stop.
I am 21 years old and had an accident that left me with severe tingling in my back. I went to Dr. Shaffer because he was recommended to me. I have never been to a chiropractor and I wasn’t sure I even wanted to go to one. I was very nervous and I hurt my back pretty bad. When I called to make an appointment, Kay assisted me and made me feel comfortable right away. She is amazing. When I met with Dr Shaffer he was very knowledgeable and explained everything, walking me through what was wrong and the treatment. The experience with Dr Shaffer changed everything for me! After dealing with back pain for about 1 year, I was referred to Dr. Shaffer by my coworkers. He is very knowledgeable and explains the problem very well. I highly recommend him.
When I first called, I was greeted by Kay. She was very warm and accommodating over the phone and just as friendly when I arrived for my first appointment.I was seen by Dr. Shaffer and he was thorough and considerate. I’ve just had my second appointment and the constant pain I was experiencing for the last 6 weeks is nearly gone. I’m active in contact sports and will most likely be needing more alignment and pain relief in the future. I will definitely be back and can’t recommend Dr. Shaffer’s office enough.
Dr. Shaffer’s office provides outstanding service all around. Kay, receptionist, is excellent and a sweetheart. Never had an issue scheduling appointments. I was always seen on time or before the scheduled time. The office is clean and sanitized. Dr. Shaffer ALWAYS took his time to listen and answer all my questions. I never felt rushed. Dr. Shaffer is caring, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend his services.
Highly recommend this chiropractor. I recently started going because of neck problems. Very detailed with your needs so you have the best experience, He talks everything through with you to make sure you're getting the best treatments. Kay is at the front desk and she is so friendly. Very comfortable environment!
The office staff is friendly, efficient and very welcoming. Dr. Shaffer is personable, highly skilled, and thorough. He spends lots of time with me at each visit to ensure my treatments are personalized and exactly what I need. I highly recommend him.
I had a fall from my bike and hit my head, which caused a strain in my neck that limited my movement and caused significant pain. Dr. Shaffer was able to fix my neck and get rid of the pain in 2 weeks. I am now able to resume my daily activities pain free.
