I am 21 years old and had an accident that left me with severe tingling in my back. Over the course of a year and a half, I had been to 2 chiropractors, a pain management doctor and physical therapy and felt no relief. I went to Dr. Shaffer because he was recommended to me. I have never been to a chiropractor and I wasn’t sure I even wanted to go to one. I was very nervous and I hurt my back pretty bad. When I called to make an appointment, Kay assisted me and made me feel comfortable right away. She is amazing. When I met with Dr Shaffer he was very knowledgeable and explained everything, walking me through what was wrong and the treatment. The experience with Dr Shaffer changed everything for me! When I first called, I was greeted by Kay. She was very warm and accommodating over the phone and just as friendly when I arrived for my first appointment.I was seen by Dr. Shaffer and he was thorough and considerate. I’ve just had my second appointment and the constant pain I was experiencing for the last 6 weeks is nearly gone. I’m active in contact sports and will most likely be needing more alignment and pain relief in the future. I will definitely be back and can’t recommend Dr. Shaffer’s office enough.
