Doctor Shaffer is the best vet I've ever taken my animals to. Even though I've moved to Sioux Falls since first visiting Dr. Shaffer, I continue making the drive to Lennox. The office is always clean and cozy. The doctor has such a wonderful way with the animals and my dogs love him and his wife. Very easy to make appointments with. Prices are fair. I wouldn't dream of taking my animals to anyone but Doc Shaffer.

My animals love Dr. Shaffer and his wife. Animals are like kids, they know when they like someone. His office is small and cozy, neat and clean and does not smell like medicine. His pricing is fair and honest and he is not greedy like the vets my friends go to in Sioux Falls. They always take the time to address every concern of mine if I have a question. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too.
