Amazing bedside manner and amazing man. I've never been so impressed with a service provider- I wish my own doctor was this good! I can trust my dogs are in great care when they are in this office.

I've never had to worry about them not being able to help me right when I need it. His staff is very knowledgeable and qualified. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. I met Dr. Shaffer when I took one of our cats to a shot clinic in Sioux Falls, and was very impressed by the way he handled our somewhat agitated kitty - authoritative, but very gentle. Subsequently, we adopted a pair of sibling kittens, and, wanting to take a little of the financial pain out of having two spayed at the same time, I decided to take the trip to rural Lennox to Dr. Shaffer.
