My daughter & I came by for the special but wanted to go through the drive-thru which isn't opened-I've never been so didn't know & shouldn't have to call to see if it is. I'm sure you are too worried about missing a sale. What a big disappointment!!!!

Yes, the drive thru is open. There is a sign on the window to let the customers know to ring the bell so we know they are there. Thank you! Hope you give us another chance!!
Today was mine and my husbands first time having lunch at Schaffer house bakery, and it was a HUGE disappointment. The employees are not very friendly and they have no idea what is going on. They couldn't even explain what their BBQ pork sandwich is. There were about 4 people in line in front of us and every single one of their orders were messed up. We we were there for nearly an hour before we finally got our sandwiches. We will not be coming to shaffers any more.
Shaffer House has always had great pastries but people need to try the sandwiches
Shaffer House Bakery always produces some of the best bakery items in Northern Utah. Love Them and always great. Thanks Shaffers for years of amazing baked goods.
